Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Fairview, Tennessee? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Fairview?

Hello, I am wondering what you mean by impact? Are you looking at the numbers of foreclosures in the area? Are you an investor or buyer looking to get a good deal? Interested in pre-foreclosures and helping out homeowners in trouble? Short sales?
